The Aquila Club was established as a discreet investment club for our clients where they are able to see regular and exciting investment opportunities. These deals can include equity in private companies and debt related opportunities.

Many of the equity opportunities are tax advantaged under the Enterprise Investment Scheme, also known as EIS qualifying investments. These investments can attract income tax relief at the outset, tax free exits and income tax loss relief.

The debt related opportunities include development finance, bridging and mezzanine loans. Traditional institutional lenders are currently allocating less funds to these classes of loans, providing an opportunity for private capital.

In addition, our clients will also have access to off-market direct residential and commercial property investments, both in the UK and continental Europe.
